The PRS Exemptions Register is where all exemptions to the The Energy Efficiency (Private Rented Property) (England and Wales) Regulations 2015 (commonly referred to as the MEES Regulations) must be registered.  It is an online service forming part of the gov.uk website.  Failure to register an appropriate exemption correctly whilst continuing to let a substandard property is an offence.
